Returns and Refunds

All our products are handcrafted by Indian artisans, hence it might have slight irregularities which only add to its beauty. 

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURN OR REFUND REQUESTS ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED. WE ONLY OFFER EXCHANGE AND CREDIT NOTES under special circumstances, which can ONLY be redeemed on Ishhaara's Website.

ISHHAARA accepts Exchanges ONLY if:

  • The product(s) delivered is different from the original order.
  • The product(s) delivered arrived damaged.
  • The product has missing parts.
  • The product has quality issues.

    In such cases, customers need to initiate exchanges directly via  WhatsApp within 2 days of delivery. Post 2 days, no requests for exchange will be entertained.

     

    PLEASE NOTE:

    • Customised orders and items on sale are NOT ELIGIBLE for exchange.
    • Promotional offers CANNOT be applied to Exchange orders/Credit Notes.
    • No returns shall be accepted on products purchased from third-party websites or physical stores.
    • Ishhaara holds the right to accept or reject any exchange or repair request at its sole discretion.

    EXCHANGE POLICY

    • We only exchange products and do not offer refunds if the customer doesn’t like the product(s). The request must be raised within 2 days of delivery via WhatsApp
    • Customised orders and items on sale are NOT ELIGIBLE for exchange.
    • A product can be exchanged only ONCE through the course of an order.
    • The product must be unused and untampered to be eligible for exchange. Used products sent for exchange will be returned, and the exchange will not be processed.
    • Exchange shipments may take longer than usual.
    • Please note that we do not offer any discounts on exchange orders. All exchange items will be processed at their original prices, in accordance with our policy.
    • The exchange process may take up to 15-20 days, as the product will first be picked up, undergo a quality check, and then be re-shipped.
    • For exchange, customers need to bear pickup & re-shipping charges of ₹500/- (PAN India).
    • A pickup fee of ₹250 will be charged for all return requests made under the ‘Claim Credit – Shop Later’ option.
    • International orders are NOT ELIGIBLE for exchange.
    • In case of an approved credit note, only the product value will be credited; shipping charges are non-refundable. Additionally, a credit note issued on the website is redeemable only on the website.

    EXCHANGE CHARGES

    • For domestic exchanges, a pickup & re-shipping fee of ₹500/-is applicable if the customer faces any of the following: Size Issues, Quality Issues, or Product Weight Related Issues.
    • No exchange fee is charged if the customer faces any of the following:
      Damaged or Defective Product, Wrong Item Received, or Missing Parts in the order

    LOST SHIPMENTS

    • In case of a lost shipment, a replacement or credit note will be offered after a thorough check with the courier partner. 
    • Lost shipments may take longer than usual to resolve (within 7 business days), depending on the time taken by the courier partner.
    • If the package is marked as "delivered" but not received, customers must raise a complaint at support@ishhaara.com within 24 hours for us to initiate the inspection immediately.

    REPAIR POLICY- INDIA

    In case a jewellery piece is accidentally damaged by the customer, Ishhaara will be happy to repair it for you. 

    • Ishhaara Jewels come with a NO warranty, where pieces will be repaired at a minimal charge  within 1 month of delivery while a pickup & re-shipping fee of ₹500/- will be charged.
    • If a repair request is raised after 2 days, a ₹500/- pickup & re-shipping fee along with repair charges (as per actuals) will be applicable. These charges will be communicated after our team evaluates the scope of repair based on the image/video of the damage shared by the customer.
    • A repair request can ONLY be raised within 2 days of delivery.
    • Customers must raise a repair request at support@ishhaara.com

    Please Note: Repairs are subjective to the design of the particular piece. When a request is raised, our support agents will let you know if the damage is repairable or not.


    STEPS TO FOLLOW FOR EXCHANGE & REPAIR

    • For exchange: Connect with us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery.
    • For repair: Email us at support@ishhaara.com within 2 days of delivery with your order number and product picture.
    • Our team will review and confirm if the request is approved.
    • The product must be packed in the same packaging and sent to our billing address.
    • Shipping / Reverse pick-up / Re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
    • The repaired or exchanged piece will be re-shipped only after our Quality Check team inspects the original product.

    NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE

    We do not offer refunds or returns once an order is placed. Exchanges are only applicable under specific conditions. The following are NOT ELIGIBLE for exchange or credit note:

    • Pre-orders & customised orders (These require full payment and cannot be exchanged or replaced.)
    • Items purchased on Sale/ Promotional Offers
    • Used products (Items must be in original, unused condition for any exchange)
    • Minor colour and design variations due to display differences and the handcrafted nature of our products.

    Please note that prices exclude customs duties and shipping charges. Duties and taxes applicable per your country's regulations are the customer's responsibility.

    We are not responsible for delays due to natural calamities and unavoidable circumstances.
