Shipping & Delivery Policy

Ishhaara ships across India and internationally. We have partnered with trusted logistics providers to ensure your jewellery reaches you safely and on time.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days.
  • Made-to-order products require additional production time.
  • The estimated dispatch timeline is displayed on each product page.
  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be sent to your registered email address.
  • If there is any unexpected delay, our team will notify you in advance.

Order Tracking

After dispatch, you will receive an email containing:

  • Tracking URL
  • AWB (Air Waybill) Number

You can use these details to track your shipment in real time.

Delivery Timelines

🇮🇳 Within India

Ready-Made Jewellery

  • Dispatch: 2–3 working days
  • Delivery: 3–4 working days after dispatch

Made-to-Order Jewellery

  • Making & Dispatch: 12 working days
  • Delivery: 4–5 working days after dispatch

Note: We do not operate on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location or unforeseen logistics delays.

Important: A valid 10-digit Indian mobile number is mandatory for delivery. Our logistics partners use an OTP-based delivery process. If the OTP is not received or verified, the shipment may be returned to our warehouse. Re-shipping charges, if applicable, must be borne by the customer.

International deliveries typically reach you within 15 days from the shipping date.

Ready-to-Ship Orders

  • Dispatch within 2–3 working days

Custom-Made Orders

  • Making & Dispatch: 12–15 working days

Shipping Charges

Within India

  • ✅ Free Shipping on all prepaid orders.
  • ₹199 shipping & cash handling charges apply on all Partial COD orders.

International Shipping

  • Flat shipping charge: ₹4,000
  • Shipping is on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.
Customs & Import Duties

International orders are exclusive of customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other local charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges must be paid by the recipient before delivery. If customs duties are not paid and the shipment is returned, shipping charges and return freight charges will not be refunded.

Product prices do not include customs duties.
