RETURN POLICY:
Any return needs to initiated within 48hours of receiving the package, the initiation of the return needs to be informed to us via mail, WhatsApp or any means of support. After, ensuring the proper quality check of the item, the Credit will be initiated within 8-12 working days will be valid till 30 days from the date initiated . The customer will be liable to pay the shipment charges of Rs.149 and if on receiving the package, the box is missing in any circumstances an extra Rs.100 will be charged. Any product bought on a discount is not applicable for returns.

Ishhaara orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1 working days (for customized products it may vary) You will be intimated via email about the tracking details of your order once your order is shipped. ORDER DELIVERY
For India:
Our logistics partner usually deliver the shipment in 2-3 days for metro cities and 5-7 days for non-metro cities from the time we dispatch your order. However, in case of any unforeseen circumstances or rare operational issues, there might be a delay in delivering your order. Kindly track your order with the details provided over your registered email ID.
Please note: A 10 Digit Indian Mobile Number is mandatory to receive a package delivery within India as an OTP based delivery is followed by our Logistics Partners. Failure to receive the OTP may lead non-delivery of the package which is totally beyond our control and this can incur addtional charges if the package returns back to our warehouse. International orders (Outside of India):
Every package goes from one checkpoint to another before it gets delivered to you safely, the process takes time, but the travel is quick. You can expect your package within 15 days from your order date. As the recipient of the order, you shall be liable for all import duties, customs and local sales tax levied by the country you are in. Please ensure payment of import duties to receive your order on arrival. Failing to do so your order might get stuck at the customs department or it may return back to our warehouse and in such cases, we will not be able to refund the shipping charges if it returns back to us and also deduct the charges for the return.
