We offer free shipping for all prepaid orders above Rs.500 PAN India. Free COD is available for ready to ship items. COD is not applicable for products that are made to order only.
RETURN POLICY:
Any items purchased on sale is not applicable for returns/ exchange.Any return needs to initiated within 48hours of receiving the package, the initiation of the return needs to be informed to us via mail, WhatsApp or any means of support. After, ensuring the proper quality check of the item, the Credit will be initiated within 8-12 working days will be valid till 30 days from the date initiated . The customer will be liable to pay the shipment charges of Rs.149 and if on receiving the package, the box is missing in any circumstances an extra Rs.100 will be charged. Any product bought on a discount is not applicable for returns.
If parcel not accepted at delivery and it’s RTO (Returned at Origin). Refunds will not be applicable.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY - INDIA
Ishhaara ships to all the pin codes in India. We have partnered with best logistics services to ensure that your products are handled professionally and delivered on time.
ORDER DISPATCH
Ishhaara orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1 working days (for customized products it may vary) You will be intimated via email about the tracking details of your order once your order is shipped. In case of any delays in processing your order, we will intimate you and inform you regarding possible delays.
ORDER TRACKING
Upon dispatch of your order, we will send you an email with Tracking URL and AWB number. You can use the tracking URL to live track your order.
ORDER DELIVERY
For India:
Our logistics partner usually deliver the shipment in 2-3 days for metro cities and 5-7 days for non-metro cities from the time we dispatch your order. However, in case of any unforeseen circumstances or rare operational issues, there might be a delay in delivering your order. Kindly track your order with the details provided over your registered email ID.
Please note: A 10 Digit Indian Mobile Number is mandatory to receive a package delivery within India as an OTP based delivery is followed by our Logistics Partners. Failure to receive the OTP may lead non-delivery of the package which is totally beyond our control and this can incur addtional charges if the package returns back to our warehouse. An additional shipping charges will be borne by the customer to reship the package.
International orders (Outside of India):
Every package goes from one checkpoint to another before it gets delivered to you safely, the process takes time, but the travel is quick. You can expect your package within 15 days from your order date. In some rare cases, any delays can be brought to our notice by emailing at support@ishhaara.com and we shall provide you with better information for your query.

International shipping charges are applicable as per the weight of the products in your order and this will be automatically added to your cart at Check Out. Our shipping charges are on DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.
All the product prices on our website and the shipping charges are exclusive of import duties. As the recipient of the order, you shall be liable for all import duties, customs and local sales tax levied by the country you are in. Please ensure payment of import duties to receive your order on arrival. Failing to do so your order might get stuck at the customs department or it may return back to our warehouse and in such cases, we will not be able to refund the shipping charges if it returns back to us and also deduct the charges for the return.
